I was hoping someone could make a banner/signature for me, some characteristics I would like would be:

A cyan/white background

Cyan border (Same color as background if possible)

Something about the size of this picture? -> http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m256/firebug_gfx/K-kick_tagcopy.png

Text font like a metallic silver, can't really explain. Not sure where to find fonts. D:
