i just need to know what is currently the best antivirus program, cause i have the most piss off virus's there are and this piece of shit mcafee cant detect it.

For money, get ESET NOD32 or Kaspersky IS.
For free, go with Avira (Personal) or Avast!.

Also, Super Anti Spyware. Its dosnt constantly protect your pc, but kills all viruses when you run it.

Super Anti Spyware isn't quite the best. I would recommend a-squared or Spyware doctor alongside with your AV.
