Are you playing a flash game in the background per chance? Try closing your internet browser. If a flash application makes repeated attempts to hide the cursor then this happens.

Try to see if there's anything's capturing your screen, like Teamviewer, Fraps, etc..

I really hope you mean mousecursor...

if you do, it could be there's a flash ad or javascript on a page somewhere and close it/browse away

And if it's not a mouse cursor, it's supposed to happen.

In mouse settings, there is a options that says hide cursor when typing, disable that and see what happens.

If that still don't work, update your video card drivers.
