I was told it was possible by using QoS, can someone explain a little bit more about it? As far as i know i have to set the priority for each application which i cant be assed to do, is there a easier way to limit a Port?

Basically what i want to do is hogg most of the bandwith but still give the other two enough bandwith to play, chat, youtube etc...

The QoS engine works by prioritising bandwidth to certain services. Normally you can't specifically say "I want this to have x amount of bandwidth".

Place the name you want as an identifier in name, priority tells it how important you want the service to be (1 is highest priority, 255 is lowest). Choose the IP range you want the service to apply to - you can leave it at 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255 to work on all computers, or set it to a specific IP or range of IPs to limit the rule to one or more machines. The remote IP is the game server - you can leave this at the default range for all, or again you can limit it to a range of adresses. The port range is the port (or set of ports) you identify the service by. This could be the port your CS:S game uses, or whatever you like.

That's about it.

Could you show me an example by using this port(utorrents port) 12700, and 192.168.0.101(ip given by the router)

Name: uTorrent
Priority: 1
Local IP Range: See note below.
Protocol: TCP (change to TCP and UDP if possible)
External IP Range: Leave at 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255
Local Port Range: 12700 to 12700
External Port Range: 0 to 65535

For the local IP range, it depends. Best bet is to put 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.255, to allow forwarding from any internal IP. However, if you want to restrict the rule to a single machine, put in the internal IP of that machine (192.168.0.xxx).

QoS is designed to be flexible, so you could set up two rules - both for uTorrent on the same port, but with two different internal IP ranges. This would allow you to give certain machines higher priority over others for the uTorrent service.

You may need to disable Automatic Classification in order for your manual rules to work - see your router manual for more info.
