i went my profile page and show this , and i cant see any button for mi to press to puot in my avatar

Avatar control panel
Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 120 pixels, the height no greater than 120 pixels, and the file size no more than 6 KB. Current Image

Delete Image

Enter the URL of the location containing the Avatar image you wish to link to.

upload your picture to a free hosting service (or use your own webspace)
paste the link into the avatar-field
press submit

which one of the 3 steps above didn't work?

lol...i nv do any steps...coz i thought can put in pic throught search or wadever...nv thought need in own web site where i dunno how to make..its so diff from other forum i been ..lol
