Garry's Mod addons help

How do I cheat?

http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?tag=mario Ive tried downloading some of these. But none of them are working, the only one that appeared was the portal gun and when i fired it, it just set off a long chain of error messages.

Ive extracted the files/folders in there to the Garry's mod addon section, and the maps to the map section. but its not working

portal gun works just can't see the portals

portal gun works just can't see the portals


i thought about that, but when i tried that, it didnt work, like, id shoot at the ground, then go a few few feet away onto the cement, and it was solid.

Make sure you arent just throwing the folder into the addons, you have to put each folder in the right section...

Most of the things are just 1 file, im extracting them to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\michealrein\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons


and they're there, but they're not working

There are no working portal guns for the latest version of garys mod, if you really want a portal gun get garys mod 9, it is free on steam.
