Unfortunatley, CEF does not support MMORPG anymore.
and what I know, there is no way to do this, not a permanent one.

What you can do what I know of, is:
Run Speed Hack
Attack Speed Hack

there is more, but I cant remember which.
But anyway, you wont get any answer here, CEF only supports flash games and singleplayer games.
