How do I cheat?

ive used cheat engine before on this comp and i know it has worked but for some reason it deleted itself from my comp when i re installed it i get this error access violation at address 0040960a write of address 00401000
this occurs after i download the installer i click it to setup and this erroer occurs Sad if tried re downloading it from diffrent sites nothing helps can sum1 help me ?

close any programs you have running that can interfere. They include maple, gunbound, and other nprotect games

try this go to control panel then press add and remove programs remove any programs that you havent installed or ever seen also anti-virus can detect cheat engines root kit i suggest you disable it or put some kind of fliter (i dont mean wpe filter)
