				| Scanning seems to be abnormally slow for me. I didn't have this problem when I was using CE about 6 months ago using version 5.0. Even scanning for a known 4 byte value can have an eta of 1hr in game when it used to take seconds to couple mins depending on scan in 5.0. Hyperscan and fastscan seem to make almost no difference. What could be causing this? Thanks for any help. | |

				| yeah this seems to be a common problem with hyperscan enabled, had a debugger problem with it meself, DB has told many users to turn off the default hyperscan enabled option in settings/scan settings,
give that a try and see if that helps at all,

				| I only recommend disabling hyperscan when the game has some sort of protection like online games, but otherwise I recommend it enabled, because it's a lot faster than a normal scan
 but regarding the problem:
make sure in scansettings you have not checked mem_mapped

 and what game is it?
and make sure you DID NOT check the query memory regions option in settings->extra

				| Got it fixed. I checked all the options suggested and it ended up being hyperscan which I thought I had tried. Thanks for your help Me and Dark Byte. | |
