When it is used correctly, it can do... maybe for example
I win 50 gold while recording it.
I get the right packets.
I play them back
It repeats me winning 50 gold?

Yes it can for some game not for all game tough.... And some time a packet can have many "action" in it and if you send the whole packet you get disconected, so if this happen the trick is too find out what "action" you need and on the send list thing copy the part of the packet for that "action"...
