that's the error i got.

now i tried finding everything relating Cheatengine in my regedit and deleted them and delete my CE folder restarted computer, still same error wen i install.....plz help me, i even tried quick restore my computer to 5 different days....any help is greatly appreciated thx

tried that, ignore wont let me use kernal debugger as in no godmode n stuff : (

was wondering if it would help if there were some of the files were availible for download, so that if during an installation this problem arose and they had to skip a file they could download and unzip the missing file into the cheat engine folder,
something like a sticky--> missing files to download<-- in the cheat engine or source code section, with instructions on where and how to use them,

then lock it so it doesn't get clogged up and messy with lots of questions,
just wondered of that would work,

no, missing files won't work as it is a driver related problem, he is still using the driver somehow. (perhaps he changed his service to let it always run ?)

anyhow, try installing it to a different folder, e.g c:
program files\Cheat ngine52\

tried that also DB

only thing left is virus scanner

i think it's making not able to install dbk32.sys becuz of the rootkit.
