There are like 10 different types, what is the best? I'm looking for something that is relatively quite but also has a good air flow.

Not sure if this is correct, but bearing does not have to do on how quite the fan is, it's lean towards how long the fan motors will last?

Some fan will have their adjustment via switch, or through the motherboard bios with a feature called PWM, but you'll need a 4-pin prong in order for that to work.

I'll go with FDB (Fluid Dynamic Bearing)
