Get your address, find what accesses it and add the 'repe movsd' that pops up. At the point it's executed, ESI-08 is the pointer to the address you need. With that data you could make a pointer scanner or just inject some code that changes the double to 99.
GML always gets compiled in such a way that all you get is STD, JS XXXXXXXX and REPE MOVSD. Always check the registers for good data.
