Cheat Engine

So my dad made me buy a new router, not a really cheap one too, and then he screwed me over and restricted my internet. I can somehow get around that with changing IPs, MAC, stuff like that but it wont always work.

So in the basement there is a modem, 2 routers and a switch. If i connected modem to the switch, then switch to 2 routers, would it let me on the internet, if i connected myself to the old router?

Otherwise, is that just the router that's restricting your internet?

If so, i don't really see ways to get over that..
I know there are, but none that i know of.

Edit : You said 2 routers?
Did you try removing the cable to the new one? (which is probably the one restricting your internet)
Also, did he tell you he was restricting or did he look like he wanted to?
Because if that's not him that might just be your ISP or something bugging..

Why you have 2 routers?
You're not suppose to have 2 routers unless it's set to bridge mode.

2 arent plugged in, only one is, the other one is sitting next to id ;D

and settings on router restrict me, iwe seen what he does. He did it pretty stupid, if he did what i told him, i couldnt get past it, but no, hes the smartest, its his way and dats it.

Ok... I think I know your problem. First what ISP do you have? Verizon and everything have the parental control options. Time Warner Cable doesnt have it though. So go to 192.168.1.1

1. Username should be admin
2. Password should be password or password1 unless ur dad changed it
3. Go to Wireless -> Parental Controls or just Parental Controls
4. Then find your computer name, change the restrictions and then ur good.

I aint stupid and neither is my dad. Ofc he changed the password. and the correct IP would be 192.168.8.1 for what i know. Also you wouldnt know what provider i have even if i told you =)

I just wanna know if connecting modem to switch and routers to switch would let me go by or not.

Yes I think your settings are saved on your router. I had to reconnect everything when I got a new router. So use a different router. If you change back to the one you have now though, u will still have restricted interwebs. I want an e-cookie:P
