Here's a pic of what it looks like inside the folder.

The name of the folder is at the top. I have 44 of these. Also, when I try to move it, sometimes I get

Check with task manager and close down programs you don't know, scan your computer with a good anti-virus scanner and see what roles out.

Edit: Perhaps you can also name them back to original and see if the system changes them back, because then you know you didn't give command to the system to change them and there is a program on your computer that does.

Don't listen to this bullshit.

This files are windows updates.

The process Windows Service Pack Uninstall belongs to the software Microsoft® Windows® Operating System or spuninst.exe by Microsoft Corporation (www.microsoft.com).

Terminating processes in the taskmanager wont help shit, 99% of
all viruses and trojans autostarts right after you don't even have to
restart. 70% of all viruses you can't see in the taskm.

So stop bullshiting and start researching instead.

some info you skipped:
Quote:
File spuninst.exe is located in a subfolder of C:\Windows. Known file sizes on Windows XP are 562176 bytes (50% of all occurrence), 169984 bytes.
The program is not visible. spuninst.exe is not a Windows system file. spuninst.exe is able to monitor applications, hide itself, manipulate other programs. Therefore the technical security rating is 53% dangerous.

Why isn't it in the windows folder?
Why isn't it a bit more transperent (as invisible files made visible are always a bit more transparent then the usuall files)?
And most importantly if its a windows update then why is there a 53% technical security risk?

Seems like you need to read the link?

And saying bullshit so much really makes you look important.
