Its a game. And it is supposed to be released in April or June

It is called Prototype and it is, essentially, a freeroam game in which you have super powers.

You can also suck up materials, people and use their abilities. for example suck up the ground and be able to make some sort of stone wepaon/shield. You can also disguise into someone and act normally.
