You can use google, or just learn it yourself. You literally, do not need a program to do this. You simply do it with .cmd, a router and 2 or more computers. With the same IP address.

Now you would use, google to search for a tutorial to DoS a small site. Maybe a big one, but that can bring legal action to you, and I don't know if you would want that. Smile

and BTW usually website/server have firewall and other kind of protection to prevent DDoSing...
