All right, I need about $300 dollars to be able to afford the laptop I'm looking at.

The problem is, I have no allowance, and I'm 13.
Aside from things such as snow shoveling, lawn mowing, leaf raking, et cetera (which I WILL be doing when I can, but unfortunately, spring is coming, which doesn't have any of those as a good option), are there any decent ways to make money at a young age?
Especially any that can be done on the computer. I'm certainly not going to hack something, or do other kids' homework, but I'm really out of shape do do any serious lifting. My parents don't pay me for anything, and I've tried begging them for an allowance on more than once occasion. Help?

Can't you deliver newspapers at the age of 13 where you live? That's not hard. . Takes a bike ..

In most US states, you can get a work permit at the age of 13. Just get a job and have your parents sign for it, or pick up cans or something. There are also tons of online jobs, and if you have the time, surveys+shit.

Do a paper route, and just do a shit load of houses. Trust me, this will get you an ass load of money. I did like 15 houses and made 180$ a month. Contact your local newspaper company, and ask for a job. I do it every Friday, but do like 50 houses, lawl. RIDE YOUR BIKE!
