I want Pecks, Im already working my 6 Pack, And i want Pecks to go along with them.
Also how can i stop my cravings for those fat foods.

To stop your craving from fat foods just stay away from them for awhile. Like have you ever gone a few days without sugar? Like almost everything has sugar, not really sugar, but 'high fructose corn syrup' if you stay away from those and don't eat anything that has it you feel really jittery for a few days then you feel really good. _________________

Doing activities using the arms is one way to get better pecs.
Also, it is pecs, seeing as it is short for pectorals. |

Thing is, in winter all my friends, Including me, hibernate.
In summer, i love to ride bmx, But yeah.

As many as you can, I would say 50 pushups a rep would be sufficent and try to do as many as 500 or 1000 if you have time on your hands. You might have to start lower if you aren't strong enough yet of course but as time passes if you breathe properly and really workout (proper forms, etc) you should see a great improvement. Good luck with the total package, Im working on mines atm too  _________________
