I don't really know anything that is psychological like Death Note.
I remember Monster, it was an interesting thing about a brilliant surgeon saving a kid, and the kid grows up to be a killer, and he has to stop the kid. I'm certain their was a sequel or something too. It's a long read. Must have been almost 20 volumes.
Eternal Sabbath was about a guy who can read everyone's mind and manipulate their minds. He ends up trying to find and stop the only other person who escaped from the same lab he came from because the other person kills people without any good reason.

Love Hina: Keitaro Urashima is determined to get into Tokyo University (Todai) by a promise he made with a girl during childhood.
