What they mean is it happened a week ago, not that she paid for her nuggets a week in advance.
Anyway, I'd want a fucking refund too! It's what..? $5.20 now for a 20 piece nugget in ohio, that'd buy me 3 bags of hot fries and a candy bar!

Well I definatly think they should fine her or even give her a day in jail for
doing that, because that just slowed down the response to a real emergency.
