So I'm going to get either the PS3 or x360 Elite

Post here about the negative and positive things of these 2 consoles.
Please do not post something like "ps3 rulz j00" or "microsoft sux"

I want to know the facts and / or your personal experience if you happen
to own a ps3 / x360 Elite (or both)

I'm sure you noticed that I specified the Elite model of x360...

great online features
bad points - tends to break down but not to worry, microsoft giv u shit when they return it to u!! sweet

They both suck. I got the 360 and im noy using it, my cousing got the PS3 which got boring games.

get a xbox arcade and just waste another 30bucks for a 15gig HD, and put the rest of the money you got into games.

Otherwise, PS3.

A lot play PS3- get that
360- Get that
If its split, go PS3, free online.

The PS3 is a superior game console. The hardware for it much better compared to the 360. The online is slightly less good, but it's not a huge ass different your going to see. The games for 360, are not as good as PS3 (personal opinion excluding the graphics which are better.)

but a word of advice

the 360 has better online but cost $8 a month (think you can get a 1 year card for $50)

it really just depends

what I recommend

get one now and save and get the other console they are both great imho

which one do most of your friends have? that is if you want to play online with them
