the pain itself cant kill you, only ther after effects like heart attack, seizure ect. but i cant see my self dieing from a constant pain that causes no physicak wounds

If you are in soooo much pain you may go into SHOCK and DIE.

Okay then you are right.
So if i shoot you in the FACE... the bullet killed you, i indirectly killed you.
Does it matter that i didn't directly kill you?

no, now u twisting words, if u shot him in the face he would die and you would be the direct cause of death. directly basically means instantanious, indirectly is any period of time after, so if you shot someone in the chest you would still be the direct cause but blood loss or puntured lung would be indirect.
im sure i made sense lol

Im not sure that that is exactly how numbness works. Also, numbness
reduces circulation. (I mean if you're numb for 15 mins of something then
you'll live but if you're numb for a couple of days then it'll get serious.

I'm not sure, but my grandpa was in so much pain and depression he had a heart attack. I guess if the pain leads to some thing more serious?
