I recently reformatted my C:. When I scroll up and down on any windows it lags really hard. Is something wrong or is my comp just starting to adjust to the applications? D:

Your video card is naked, put some "clothes" on it and then it will work smoothly.

Look online and do some research on it.

Just download the latest drivers for your videocard and it will work just
great.

You need to install your drivers, If you dont know what your card is, download Cpu-z or Gpu-z and it will say.

If its nvidia, http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
if its ati, http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

if its something else, google its name and you should find the drivers and post it here and im sure someone will link you.

EDit: incase you have integrated intel drivers, the drivers are here
