I went FACE to FACE to the store i bought it from, talked with him (gave him a some preasure) and his boss told him to give me a new box which INCLUDES a CD-KEY.

i got this FRESH copy from the shop TODAY (27/2).
this is so frustrating, my shop won't accept exchanging it for me (i still got thye reciption) they just gave me a number to the Tech Support which arn't working today, jeez!

I recommend you do that.
But before that you could e-mail valve about this. They might be able to help.
