But there isn't...

And it doesn't move either when I put eye drops/rub gently, which makes me think its actually IN the eye...

any suggestions/comments?

Maybe it's where the eye and the eyelid is attached and since it's so deep it feels like it is in the eye.

Could be an eye infection. I recommend you not to flush your eye with tons of water. If it really IS an infection, goto a cheap cheap cheap doctor and ask for chlortetracycline hydrocloride eye ointment. lol.

You have a scratched cornea most likely.
If problems persist after 24~ hours see a eye care professional
