Should i get more protein? if i drink a lot of milk it'll make me fat D:, i weight lift 2-3 times a week, and i run 4-5 times a week (a lot)

It is sold at most health food stores. Make sure to find one that is all natural and possibly organic. It may taste bad at first, but you will get used to it.

depends on your body, get in touch with someone who actually knows this kind of things such as a gym leader etc, If you're bulky enough you wont need to drink protein shakes but instead carbohydrates after the training, also ask your pharmacist for the best brand/quality. The pricier it gets, the better(logically) One of the best brands out there goes for 200usd each stock.
Also set-up a scheme, Theres no limit on how many times you should train. Its just matter of how fast your muscles recover.
And last, if you are doing heavy weights, and low reps/sets try to go one step lower and do more reps/sets. Whats the point of doing 5reps/5sets when you can do 20reps/10sets.
