Ok so i have had this problem for as long as i can remember.
You know how you type in that (for me it is 192.168.1.1) thing to get to your routers menu and stiff to change PWs and all that, well mine dose not work AT ALL. (I am on a wireless PC).
Here is a pic of what it looks like when i go to the website.
One thing tho, when i type it in, it asks for a ID and PW, but i never set one, so i typed in admin for both and it worked, is this the problem?

Pic attached.
Thanks!

Sigh... this is the problem when you people don't read your manual.

That pic you just attached is your linksys router control panel
and guess what?

User name and password on all linksys routers is the same!
So you're not a genius when you magically got in.

I know what it is!
I just downloaded and read the manual.
DO you see what is wrong with the pic?!
Its all jacked up, i cant select or read anything, thats the problem.
Im trying to find a fix for this problem.
In the manual it shows what it SHOULD look like, but it says nothing on the website or troubleshooting about the control panel being jacked up.
I know the PW is admin by default, the ID dose not matter.
And when did i say i was a genius?!

I've seen it get messed up when 2 clients try to access that page at once, but that's pretty messed up. Try hitting the button on the back and reseting all the options and then only connect 1 computer to the router and see if it's still hapenning. Try a wired connection, too. If that doesn't work, there's probably a utility somewhere that would let you change the options without using that page.
admin/admin or admin/nothing is the default password, so you don't have to worry aboutt hat.

looking at it again, it looks like it just doens't show what each thing is, so you can probably change setting still. Try ie, too.

The Problem is his page isn't loading...
Try a different browser such as Opera/IE/Chrome to test if the page will load then.
Good Luck

If you use the Firefox addon NoScript, have you allowed your routers page to use javascript?
If not, that could be the problem.

I have a very similar router, that tends to happen when something is fucking with the javascript. Be sure it's enabled and that nothing is stopping it from executing (NoScript, etc).

Also, by default the username is blank and the password is "admin".

Reset your router into factory settings. And the username and password should be, Admin/blank. The chances are that someone connected to your router using wireless and changed the password.(if you did not have any WPE/A protection.

If a router's firmware update is not complete (power loss) it will look like that too.
