I'm buying either

Panasonic LX3, or
Canon PowerShot G10, or
Nikon Coolpix P6000!

Which one is better?
(will buy second hand too)

Well, judjing from the quility of those brands that you listed, I'd go with
Canon, the camera giant.

The reason why is it compresses videos so it will be good quality and be a small file.

I think Nikon, is just good for video, but when taking pictures it's like shit!!
