This is England is a good movie.
It's about skinheads in the 80's / 90's.
Trailer

Or good english tv series like

Fawlty Towers, very good comedy about some man and his wife running a hotel, and a spanish cook who doesnt understand english, funny as hell.
Small part of a episode

or Little Britain,a good british serie of these days
Its random as hell, its just lots of small stories right after eachother and you gotta watch this one

This is England.

Both very good British films.

Oh and Britain has hundreds of accents, which are you looking for?

Like robedino said, the show Little Britain. You might try the older Monty Python TV show. Both are on BBC, and of course you can find them online.
