I have an head ache and my neck hurts and i feel wasted but just got done with watching pron... any help?
(I dont have any Advil or anything...)

Take a shower/bath and get an icepack, it should help to relieve the pain.

Ghetto Icepack Recipe:
One zip lock plastic bag.
At least three ice cubes.
Put the ice cubes into the bag.
Now enjoy your Ghetto icepack!

You can make a ghetto icepack by getting a bag and placing ice cubes within the bag.

Just take a plastic bag and put some ice cubes in it. Put some paper towel in it or put it in a pillow case for comfort.

YEs that is true, but any bag is fine as long as it does not leak.

Taking a cold bath helps to numb your body and take your mind off the headache and onto getting heat.

if that doesnt work go smoke some reggie and take two and a half ibuprofen that works for me i forget that i evan have a headache
