Kalmah, Arch Enemy, At the Gates, Mors Principium Est <3 + many more.
Just none of those Bands like Divine Pestulence that don't even have lyrics. "She Died a virgin" by Divine Pestulence is an example, the first couple of sentence is actually words, the rest is just the lead, what ever hes called, holding a pig to the mic and branding it with a hot iron. Try and find lyrics for songs like that, you wont find any because there is none lmao.

Alternative rock (especially from the 90's), punk(real punk, not that poser Good Charlotte pop shit), metal, hardcore, hip-hop(smart hip-hop, so that rules out anything mainstream), some slower country songs(that upbeat redneck shit is just annoying), some soft rock.
There's good music in any genre though.
