Youve got nothing on him unless you either have it in spelling, or hard proof that he made a statement against you that would lower your status. For example:
Princ: **Announcement** ___ Has AIDS!
You: WTF!
Also, they make you sign a form, and they probably have some vague description of a confiscation policy/ disciplinary policy. So: NO.

Nobody will believe you if you spell so many things wrong. And yes you should be able to take him to court because the contract should not state that he has permission to do something like that. If it were so what kind of school do you go to that would let a teacher make rude comments about you're family and such. |

Well i have the same problem but it's a teacher.. And most of u said to report to the school board or superintendent .. etc. HOW?? How can u contact them or report to them? o.O I have witnesses

| some teacher took my phone and started to go through it at school. i think they should just confiscate it, they have no right looking at personal photo's that they aren't in. i would take him to court.
