There are very few people who don't enjoy sex, do to physical/hormonal/psychological issues, but yes for the most part women enjoy sex just as much as men, if not more.

Well it depends on what you do during intercourse. The vagina has less nerve endings then the penis, however the clitoris has exponetially more then the penis and is a far smaller surface. The clitoris is unfortunately almost completely unstimulated during regular intercourse. So if you decide to manually target it, you can cause more pleasure in a female then a male. There is also a g-spot on a woman, it is inside the vagina itself. If you stimulate this area directly the woman will breath heavily and have a burst in libido causing her to push down more rapidly, causing more pleasure. However this is also likely to cause the male to ejaculate faster and thus end a sexual situation far faster.
Men are also more likely to seek fornication because of the need to continue the species and their genes. These primal echos cause most male mammals to seek mates more actively. These ideas cause social situations among men making them feel more socially obligated to sexual intercourse.
So, once again, yes and no.
