How I do it:
I empty my lungs. I get situated so I can do what is needed of me (Say sit down at a computer if I'm typing a long report) and stop thinking to the point in which some would say is lower than when a person would feel depressed, sort of not all the way in there. Then I 'wake' from it when my task is completed. If there is more to the task then I just continue on with the 'mode' until I am completely finished.
Is this weird or normal? |
A computer on sleep mode gets nothing done, Do you realize that? lol _________________

| It depends if the program can run during sleep mode. There are some (Though only a few). |

Maybe, it's so boring that when you're done you erase it from your memory and think it's some out of body experience?
'cause what you said in your 1st post was stupid. _________________

I've heard of something called "Hyper concentration" or something like that. I've got ADD and I see this person every 3 months, like a psychiatrist or something, and he tells me that a lot of ADD patients they postpone things like their homwork, for a really long time, but when they eventually start working on it, they are in some sort of mode where they can concentrate really well and can do things really fast, like their homework and school projects or something _________________

hmm. I had never heard of that before. It sounds like they procrastinate, but when they do it they get it done fast. Am I right? |

When I do homework or working on a project I listen to music or just turn on the T.V. I can never get it done when it's all quiet. _________________
