Well i guess im at the part where u change health..but how do i..You have a bar or im just forgot the 1st and 2nd steps on it?Help anyone Embarassed

Well ive went through step 2 AGAIN.so i didnt miss any thing there.how the hell do i change health to 5000 or is health ment to be value?
