I broke up with my ex around an month ago, after having a relationship for about 3 years because he was constantly hitting on my best friend and actually hit me once, (and further details which i will not discuss) which i did not tolerate hence broke up.
Im still not over him but now he's trying to get me back (trying to make me jealous with other girls/telling me he could date anyone he wants etc etc) and since im not over him i actually get jealous and frustrated.
Is there anything i can do to stop this madness?

He is abusing you!
I don't recommend even thinking about being with a guy like him!
Ignore him every time he says something that insults you until he will see that its not effecting you and he will stop.

But everything i talk to my best friend she tells everything i do to him. :S
And when i talk to other friends who also know him and they just keep talking about him. :S so i should just ignore everybody?

your ex plays with you very well
ignore everyone,thats the only key to get rid of these things

What he said, but this probably wont stop your bad feeling.
But I think the worst thing you can do is staying at home in these times and being emo, better go out, go at parties, clubs etc. with your friends and have fun.
This is how I get over stuff like this (+ alcohol, lol).

| I talked with my friend about him and she told me something i couldnt believe, He already had someone else when we still had something, that explains all the absence from dates and the texts on his cell, but i cant help feeling betrayed even tho we dont have something anymore
