Cheat Engine

I'm making a habbo hotel retro. Basically when i'm done doing what I got to do the screen doesn't load. Well here is what i do:

I downloaded Debbo 3.5 i believe, and Sapphire 3.0

I made a f ree w eb s page to host.

Now i go to debbo, go on it, go to make wish or whatever, and put in hotel name, the port, my ip and all the rest and hit prehosted and finish, then i go to sapphire and basically fill it with the same information and hit prehosted, finish and then i save the loader, and copy the loader html into the html box for f ree w eb s, then i go to debbo and start it but when i go to try it out, it just shows adobe shovewave and doesn't load, I know it ain't adobe shockwave because it loads on other private servers. I don't want to use hamachi either, can someone tell me what i must do to fix.
