I am 108 pounds and im trynig to cut down to atleast 90-95 pounds.
how fast should i run on the treadmill and how long? NOTE:i want to see results in 6 months is this possible? i am also weight training

Well how old are you?
108 is chubby for a 10 yr old.
I wouldnt run on the threadmill. 15 -30 mins though.

well that depends iam 126 and iam 16 so 108 is not bad lol its supa skinny iam average

If you're 13 and you're 108 your an OK weight... You SHOULDN'T lose anything... 5'3" on the other hand... Is short...
