Whenever i try to pm someone it says this: you must be a member for 2years and have 5k posts. why is this?

THE 2years and 5k thing is only a joke...

These are the requirements to pm:

1) must be registered over 2 weeks

2) must have more then 20 posts

It's not a rule, it's just a obvious joke that Dark Byte put. To PM you need to be with CEF for 2 weaks and have 20 posts.

I was doing something while typing that so it took a second. As you can see, I only posted 3 minutes after your post and I started to type the post at about 9:43.
