Should i look at the highest core temp, shown in SpeedFan
Or should i look at the overall temp in a program, made by my MOBO's makers?
SpeedFan says:
Core 1: 57 degrees Celsuis
Core 2: 50
Core 3: 54
Core 4: 56
FOXONE Technology says: 46C

What CPU?
You can find the specific TJmax and put it into Realtemp.

Pretty sure the Q6600's TJunction is 90.
Your BIOS is probably right.

| Try using Realtemp with a tjmax of 100C.
