1) You didn't tell us what you wanted besides a quad-core computer with ~700 dollars....

2) I really suggest you study up hardware and choose these parts yourself.

Why i suggest this? Because you learn more about computers, how to fix them, etc...

If you are just putting it together, and not picking out your parts... I really fail to see what you are doing more than connecting wires and screwing things in.

I can make a quick one. I cant add links 'cause I'm in a hurry.
Processor: Q6600 170$
Mobo: P5Q ±100$
GPU: HD4850 ±150$
HDD: Western digital 500 or 640 GB ±75$
PSU: Any 550 watt from a decent brand ±80$
Total: 650 or something
Its a pretty good build. Ive got a similar one.

I have read up about all that stuff and all that but every time I go and make one I always end up going over my budget. I'll edit my post and put in everything then.

That means you are going to have to get less high-end things!

oh! You want a monitor... and all that stuff? This may be difficult....

I'd still say this build. Liquid cooling isnt really neccesairy. You can overclock the Q6600 to 2.8ghz with the stock fan.
Also, a water cooling said will add at least 150$ to the total and you would have to cut in on the other things.

Most board large or small has a max of 3 pci slots.
There is no need to get a board with onboard HDMI if you're planning on going with discrete graphics.

There are a few graphic cards with build in HDMI (not through a DVI>HDMI adapter).

GeForce 9800 GX2
MSI GeForce 9400GT
Zotac GeForce 9600GT (2x DVI, 1x VGA, 1x HDMI, 1x S-Video, 1x Display Port)

Note: Nvidia cards does not pass audio through it's HDMI port natively. a separate SPDIF cable has to be connectrd in order to get sound out of the HDMI port.

Case: APEVIA X-CRUISER-BK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower
Just get an antec 300. Overpriced case is overpriced

Processor: Any Intel (Preferably a Quad-Core)
q6600
RAM: Around 4-6GB
Even 4gb is overkill most of the time
CPU Fan: I'd like to liquid cool this, but if not any great cooling fan would do.
Liquid cooling? $700 budget? Come back when you have 2-3x that.
MB: Just about any decent one with an HDMI port, 3 PCI Slots, and at least 4 RAM slots.
This has an hdmi port. Using onboard graphics when you have a separate graphics card is stupid.
PSU: Any decent 530W+
[b]Why 530w? The +12 rail(s) matter a lot too.

Video Card: Anyone that will play my games in full graphic settings (my games are CoD, MoH, and CA)
4850 would be fine. Don't expect to play everything on very high detail with 16x AA though.
HDD: Anything above 500GB
k.
Monitor: Really, anything with a good picture
Askin a bit much thar.
Disc Drive: DVD/CD Burner that won't break any discs
Quit putting your discs in wrong then. >_>

These prices do not include shipping but do include rebates for simplicity's sake.
GPU: HD4850 w/ HDMI port - $130
Might as well take advantage of HDMI if you really want it.

CPU: Q6600 - $190
Cheapest decent quad core processor.

Case: antec 300 - $50
The case you posted is overly expensive. The Antec 300 built very well and has better airflow for $25 cheaper. Doesn't look flashy, but, if you want a flashy case, raise your budget.

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L (open box) - $67.25
Good board for light-medium overclocking. Just be damn well sure it isn't defective within 15 days of the order or you won't be able to RMA it.

PSU: 500W PCP&C PSU- $50
500W should be more than enough. Has a single, strong +12v rail as opposed to multiple weak +12v rails. Comes from a well trusted brand.

RAM: 2x2GB of G.Skill RAM - $40
800MHz, good timings (5-5-5-15), DDR2, comes from a reliable company. Isn't so great for overclocking, but, oh well.

HDD: 500GB WD HDD - $65
16MB cache, well respected manufacturer, etc. There's really not much you can ask for from an HDD.

Drive: Generic DVD burner - $21
SATA. Reads and burns CDs and DVDs. Won't eat your discs if you snap them in properly. Black. Cheap.

$613 up until here. Good specs, could use an aftermarket cooler though.
Monitor: Cheapest 19" monitor I could find with an HDMI port - $119
Specs aren't bad, price is alright.

Totals out to $732. It's really as best I can do with the provided specs while still including a monitor. Bump your budget up by $100, though, and you could probably do a lot better (aftermarket cooler, non open-box mobo, etc).

EDIT: Oh shit, 3 PCI ports? This ($72.75), then, should work I suppose.

EDIT2: Forgot about this($26.99). Can't go wrong with Corsair. Total price is $724.75 now.

If you really need the HDMI port and want to knock off $25, you can switch the video card for this one. It's not quite as powerful as the HD4850 but its very comparable.
