Hey guys. I don't really post in this section much so I hope this is the right place. Anyways, I am trying to make a macro in visual basic. I know the programming language but I have a few questions.

Firstly, how do I make an interface for the program? Do I just use a compiler then make the interface?

Secondly, once I create the program itself, how do I connect it or make it so that it can be connected to a certain process?

Lastly, how would I make it so that the program is able to press keys on my computer for me, as well as have a rest period?

THANKS

Firstly, most vb compilers atleast vb.net have drag and drop interface creation

Secondly, this one im probably wrong on, but when i make a bot for like maplestory, you send keys by window, so you just verify the window/ process is open

Lastly, you'll need to use an API that can send keys, try postmessage, you'll have to import it

some1 please correct me if so, i don't do vb.net so im just taking a guess

YoYonerd you sound correct I havn't tryed postmessage before but I know that most functions are blocked by GayGuard and you need to add 5 to the api or somthing like that. I couldn't ever how to add 5 to the api so I eventually gave up Sad

There you go, the reason why you fail. Go read it properly (also don't lie like you just did! Smile), don't be a twat and ask for someone else to do the work for you.
I believe people here (... lol, they still are) are happy to help if there's anything to help with (errors!!!!!), I'm very sure they do not want to write your programs. If that is what you want, you can easily hire a programmer to do the work for you, it will cost you money, but man, that's life!

Knowing the language is knowing the syntax, i don't expect anyone who knows VB to know about all of the APIs (Wow that was a lot of 'know's!).
Having experience with the language and knowing the syntax are entirely different things.

Anyhow, perjogab: I recommend you read about PostMessage/SendMessage at MSDN(which is a great source of information) for pressing a key.
And as for "connecting" to a process, what exactly do you mean?
