That's the beauty of science. If science discovers more proof and stuff, they can easily accept that and change their theories. Science accepts the truth in front of them.

Science does have proof. Just caz something is a theory doesn't mean it isn't true. Evolution is a theory but huge amounts of evidence supporting it such as DNA, fossils, homogeneous bone structures, and early fetuses. Unlike creation which has a written story to *prove* its existents. |

Theories are ideas (get that, someone thinks a thought and puts it to test, i mean, why shouldn't someone just beleive something that makes no logical sense?) that have had a lot of research done on them, and if the idea has not been disproved yet, than it is a theory. Does the fact that something is a theory make it true? No. |

Why? Because we do not know what causes gravity. Yes, an object with a larger mass attracts other, smaller objects with lower mass, but why? We don't know.

@above, those are just the mechanics of gravity.
Gravity itself is not a law. We know it happens, but we don't know why. This is just explaining the former, what happens. Not why it happens.
