Alt + Print Screen. Upload to photobucket or imageshack.

Note: for MSN (newer versions) you can send the pics by pasting into the text screen.

press print screen, go into paint, press Ctrl+V, save the image, upload it to photobucket or sumthin like that, get the link, voila.
