Ok, Well, The message is fucked up (Scammers fucked it up) They accidently linked it to THIS
The reason I noticed it was a scam was because there e-mail is @Paypol.com not @Paypal.com
If you're a paypal user, Watch out for this.

Edit : click This and click higher directory, You'll see the HTML's for the fake paypal screens. They try to scam you out of your log-in info, and your details (To change your password) as well.
