If you're using Windows (which I assume you are because you have Alcohol installed), and you only want to put files to CD/DVD, you can just click and drag to your computer's drive and click the option to burn the files to disk.
Alcohol is for burning disk image files to disk. If that's what you want to do, just click "Image Burning Wizard" and it'll get you going.

To make it easiest, click and drag the .mdf file into the Alcohol 120% screen.
Then click "Image Burning Wizard" on the left.

It wont drag it on there. also when i clicked "Image Burning Wizard" it said it wasn't blank and i deleted everything on the disc and it still says its not blank bcuz i dragged the .mdf file to the disc icon. Also, what does mdf stand for? and is there any program that'll let me run .mdf programs?

Just click "Image Burning Wizard" and navigate to where the iso is. Ignore dragging it to the list.
If it says the disk isn't blank, it's not. Unless it's a CD/DVD RW, you can't delete files from it. Try another (blank) disk.
Mdf is a format for a disk image. I don't know that it stands for anything, but it can be mounted and run with Alcohol 120% or other programs like Daemon tools.
What's on the MDF that you want to mount..? You might not have to burn it to a CD.
