Yes and it does cut you up so you look more "ripped".

I'm trying, but my body just seems to suck, muscles aren't growing that well.
I mainly do it for my curved spine to get back straight.

i dont really weight lift

mostly cuz i dont have good weighs...

i have a 15lb dumbell and the other one is missing so i can only do curlers

if that counts as BODY BUILDING than.... i guess i am one?

Been lifting since I started classes at this university. Mainly because it's free and convenient (gym right across from my friend's apartment).
I've definitely noticed results and so have others that haven't seen me in a while.

I weight lift, not to get ripped or anything. Weight lifting burns more fat than cardio. I also, like to stay toned. :3!

cutting --> bulking --> cutting
extra step right thar, wasting time.

you should probably look online for some new dumbbells, the stores that sell workout equipment are sort of monopolized, so their prices are HIGH
bought 2 25 lb. dumbbells for a total of $100 @_@
