| Well me and my friends went to the forest for about 6 hours, they were clueless about everything but I knew how to make a fire. I knew how to build a shelter, whittle a spear and then we got stuck in the middle of a river on an island, my friends didn't know how to get off but I build a bridge in 15 minutes. Whats been bothering me is why I knew how to do this all. Is it common sense or are my friends dumb?

| You might of subconsciously learnt it but it is common sense to some and not to others.

Possibly it's the way you process logic? Cause some people are better at being able to figure out what to do than others; or maybe it's the feeling that you don't mind if something works or not, whereas your friends are thinking, "Well, we could do it this way, but it might fail, and I'll feel stupid."
That and past experiences, whether it be from watching TV, reading up on things, or having done it, contribute to what you may feel is common knowledge and whatnot.
Either that or maybe your friends just aren't that smart : <
