In your opinion, what do you think the best FTPd is? and why?

Also, provide a link to download/official website.

NOT FTP CLIENTS.

FileZilla, open source and remembers multiple FTPs.

FireFTP is ok, but you can't create directories and it is slower than FileZilla. FileZilla also provides more stats.

As i have just stated, i'm talking about Servers, not Clients.

I don't think you ever used it, it provides much stats and can create directories, why wouldn't it?

I need so I can login, I got an database and account+pass, I just need myphp to work.

I've only ever used WS_FTP Server, but I'm quite happy with it.
